Old Town Nicosia Will Host Craft Brewers Festival on 23 May
Golem Brewhouse and Crossline Brewing, two popular microbreweries located in Nicosia’s Old Town, are teaming up to showcase their best beers. The festival will be on the Faneromeni Square on Saturday, 23 May, starting from 13:00.
Visitors will enjoy 12 draught beers, poured as fresh as they come. For the perfect pairing, Biga Pizzeria will be serving their authentic pizza napoletana straight from the oven.
The festival has something for everyone: children can enjoy braids, face painting, and an engaging art workshop open to all ages, while adults can take part in a short beer fun run. As the sun sets, DJ Fuzz will bring on a soundtrack for a celebration of the gathering.
Michal Stourac, founder and brewer of Golem Brewhouse, said: “This is a long planned event to enjoy our beers in the magical historic centre of our city with our fans.”
Costas Siahinian, founder of Crossline Brewing, added: “There are many unique businesses in Nicosia’s Old Town and this is the opportunity to get to know them better, meet the people behind them and enjoy what they do.”
